Overseer Ciel
An operative of the Church's Burial Agency, with more experience (and cynicism) than her youthful looks indicate. Best known for taking on a True Ancestor and surviving, she became the Overseer of the Grail War after the mysterious death of Fuyuki's previous parish priest.
Tabris von Einzbern
The representative of the Einzbern family in this War - though they had no suitable Master, not even a mercenary, it was still their responsibility to provide a homunculus as a vessel for the Holy Grail. This kid was their best effort in the extremely limited time frame between the loss of their heiress and the Fifth War.
Kiritsugu Emiya?
Kiritsugu Emiya was a famed heartless assassin and Magus Killer who fought under the Einzbern banner in the Fourth Holy Grail War and disappeared immediately after disrupting the ceremony and causing the Great Fuyuki Fire.
